The information security policy in our Institute is “mobilizing all employees for information protection; everybody takes responsibility for information security”. Our target is to establish a confidential, complete, and available environment for information security as well as achieve the following goals.

1. Accurately implement information protection policy and fully execute the operating procedure of information access and physical environment security management.
2. Respect intellectual property right, and it is forbidden to install unauthorized computer software. Strictly monitor and control the use of portable equipment.
3. All employees shall work together to ensure the appropriateness and security of information and prevent harm caused by external force.

2. Establish information security measurement index to evaluate the effectiveness of information security operation as well fulfill business continuity and management improvement.
3. Strictly follow the regulations of internet and communications management operating procedure to prevent the intrusion of malware and computer virus.
4. Everybody shall comply with the operating procedures for information access control management to avoid human error on information security.
